Conco History
Conco Spray Solutions was created in 2009 and formed a seasoned team with vast experience from the Concrete & Construction fields. The vision was, and still is, to provide solutions in fixing our failing infrastructure systems through structural and corrosion rehabilitation and Infiltration Elimination. The company has had extreme organic growth from building honest and transparent relationships with customers over the years. Conco Spray leaders have a passion to find innovative solutions to problems and do not shy away from a challenge.
Jennifer Hoop
Leading partner & President for Conco Spray Solutions, Jennifer Hoop holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University and has brought business ownership, finance, sales and marketing experience. Jennifer’s management philosophy focuses on attention to detail, surrounding herself with highly skilled and experienced team members, and always keeping a pulse on the infrastructure markets through day to day involvement in all aspects of the business.
Our Team
Our staff consists of highly trained and experienced Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and Applicators. While we offer many of the same services as our competition, we also offer solutions to very complex coating applications. We have employed NACE trained coating inspectors capable of implementing ASTM Test Means and Methods to determine the viability of an existing coating system and those methods that can substantiate the finished product. Each member of our team has a specific job within the scope of work and is valuable in providing the finished product.
