Corrosion Protection Linings

Our protective linings guard against chemical corrosion and abrasion on newly built structures or remediated assets, extending their practical service life.

I&I Remediation and Prevention

We help identify and eliminate voids from pinhole size to gaping cracks in surfaces intended to contain liquids, sealing and lining them to watertight condition.

Concrete & Steel Repair and Renewal

Spalling, crumbling, rust…all become history once we come in to resuscitate the life of your concrete and steel structural assets, rebuilding them to their original profiles.

Proper Surface Preparation

The Key To Any Successful Project

The most critical part of any structural rehabilitation is the demolition of failed parts of the asset, and proper surface cleaning and preparation to accept the new protective and/or structural lining. It may be the most humble part of the process, but if it’s not done right, a lining installation will fail.

Sandblasting and waterblasting are our primary means of removing crumbling or spalled concrete, rust, previous coatings, dirt, and debris, and to achieve the correct surface profile.

Only when we’ve finished this work and made sure that the surface is dry enough and the right temperature to accept the final lining do we attempt to spray-apply that last coat.

It’s this attention to detail and respect for the process that has given us the performance track record we’re proud of. You can count on our thorough work during every part of the process to ensure the longevity of your structural rehabilitation project.
